Fire in Ahmedabad wood furniture place


Ahmedabad: Fire broke out late at night in the roof of Niranyanagar in the city while selling old furniture. The fire was so fierce that more than 15 fire brigade vehicles were called in to help contain it. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far in this major tragedy. The fire is currently under control. According to preliminary information, a huge fire broke out here due to leakage in LPG gas.

One and a half lakh rupees in cash was received

According to fire officials, the situation was exacerbated by the large amount of wooden furniture here. There is also an example in this fire that makes humanity meaningful. A member of the fire-fighting team found Rs 1.5 lakh in cash in the roof. Which have been handed over in the presence of the police.

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the fire may have been caused by an LPG leak. Further investigation is underway. The fire was followed by plumes of smoke. The atmosphere was buzzing with sirens following the movement of fire teams.

There was also a fire near Memco Bridge

A day earlier in the city, a huge fire broke out in a wooden godown at Ambika Estate under Memco Bridge. As many as 16 small and large fire brigade vehicles rushed to the spot following the sudden fire. Attempts were made by more than 60 fire brigade personnel to douse the fire with water cannons from different directions.

The fire was put out by the fire brigade for about 6 hours. According to fire department official Mithun Mistry, a fire broke out in the shed No. 27 of Memco Ambika Estate at 3.30 pm.
