The incident of rape with a girl is constantly coming up in Surat. Then there is the controversy over one more incident. The five-year-old daughter of an Uttar Pradesh family living in a chali near Pandesara Patrakar Colony area was crying when she came home at around 8.30 pm on Saturday night. The mother was horrified when Dinesh Madarilal Prajapati, who lived in a nearby chali with her, secretly interfered and did dirty work. She immediately informed her husband and also informed the police. A convoy including Chaudhary rushed to the spot.

The accused was also abducted while the girl was shifted to a new civil hospital for treatment. According to the girl, the uncle abducted her from her home at around 8.30 pm on the pretext of giving her bananas and raped her. Police nabbed the accused and laundered him.

Dinesh Prajapati, who works in a factory, is the father of four children. When his wife was in her fifth pregnancy, she went home with her children for four months for delivery. When the ghost of lust was riding on Dinesh who was alone, he picked up the girl playing in the street. The girl was known to be playing with the daughters of Hawaskhor. So it was easy to kidnap under the pretext of giving bananas. Police have registered a case of kidnapping and rape and taken further action.
