On the second day of his visit, Swaminarayan had darshan of Lord Swaminarayan at Shahibaug Swaminarayan temple with the blessings of saints.

In this regard, people believe that the people of Gujarat are connected with faith. The people of Gujarat are devotional. Millions of Hari devotees are associated with the Swaminarayan sect. And these devotees have their faith in God in Swaminarayan temple and saints are their gurus. The fallen ball of the saints is the people. Leaders also believe that it is easier to win an election if you get the blessings of the saints by bowing your head at the temple and if you get the blessings of the saints.
